The rules and conditions for using SyntaxxStudioo's courses, live classes, and platform features.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SyntaxxStudioo Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("SyntaxxStudioo", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of syntaxxstudioo.com and its student, teacher, and admin dashboards (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and must authorise any paid enrolment. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you enrol in a course (free or paid), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that course's content for your personal, non-commercial learning use, for as long as your enrolment remains active. You may not:
All course content — videos, live sessions, notes, quizzes, and assignments — remains the intellectual property of SyntaxxStudioo and/or the instructing teacher, and is protected by copyright law.
Paid courses are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the listed price in Indian Rupees (₹). Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Scheduled and instant live classes are accessible only to students enrolled in the relevant course. Join links are personal to your account and must not be shared. We may end a live session early, reschedule it, or record it for later reference, at the teacher's or Platform's discretion. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour during live sessions may result in removal from the session and/or suspension of your account.
Teachers who publish courses on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and originality of their course content, and must have the rights to any material they upload. Courses are reviewed before publication, and SyntaxxStudioo may reject, unpublish, or request changes to any course that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to:
Certificates of completion, where offered, reflect completion of the stated course requirements on the Platform and are not a substitute for, or equivalent to, a recognised degree, diploma, or government-issued qualification unless explicitly stated.
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep the Platform reliable and course content accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that course content is error-free, or any specific learning, exam, or employment outcome from completing a course.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyntaxxStudioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time, subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
